Maison Clyde
A cinematic concept for an upscale Glasgow restaurant — atmospheric, restrained and unmistakably premium, with one job above all else: fill the reservation book.

Sell the experience,
not the food
The concept: a destination restaurant where the website has to do what the dining room does — create anticipation. The brief we set ourselves was to design something that feels like an occasion the moment it loads, justifies a premium price before a single dish is described, and makes booking effortless from any screen.
For restaurants, the website's real job isn't to look pretty — it's to convert a curious browser into a confirmed table.
Reservations on
every screen
Dark, full-bleed imagery and generous space set the tone; restrained type keeps it elegant rather than loud. The single most important action — Reserve — is always within reach via a persistent button, never more than one tap away.
The menu is treated as editorial content, not a PDF afterthought, and a private-dining enquiry path captures the high-value events that drive a restaurant's margin.
Restrained, cinematic
A near-black base with warm cream and a single muted gold for a sense of occasion. Less is more — three colours, never competing, letting the photography carry the mood.
